Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

ARs:

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No new progress.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.


Parser Contract review:
- Bob: It will be delivered this Friday.
  - There was some discussion about the matrix inversion test.
  - We decided not to do it.
  - Our spec is unclear on this.
  - For example you can't invert an all-zero matrix but we call for that.
  - Diagonal dominance checking should suffice.
- Mike: Who will test and compile the parser code?
  - I can compile on a Linux machine.
- Bob: I like to manually check that each bug has been fixed.
  - This is in addition to running the regression tests.
  - Atul gives a download site and password.
  - We store it in a private directory.
  - It is moved to a public directory when ready for distribution.


IBISCHK Documentation:
- Mike: No change, we will update the message table when we receive the new
  spreadsheet.
- Bob: The spreadsheet may come later than the code.
